Social Media Specialist 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute social media strategies to engage and grow the company’s online community.
  • Respond to comments and questions from community members in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Monitor social media for mentions of the company and its products or services.
  • Identify and address any potential issues or concerns that may arise within the community.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns that target the community.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of community management efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
